The Witch of Fern Island Free Download GAMESPACK.NET Welcome to the mysterious Fern Island! A lush temperate isle home to three great magical cultures – Boran, Apatut, and Kuqkwa – including one bright-eyed newcomer, Abrill. After crashing onto the island during her travels to a magical academy, the young witch makes the most of the situation, still eager to become a full-fledged Witch. Instead of waiting idly for her arrival, the Academy of Witches also decided to use this as an opportunity for young Abrill to demonstrate her mastery of magic… And unveil the secrets of the mysterious island. But know this: Becoming the Witch of Fern Island isn’t just about passing exams! It’s about finding your place in the world, making friends, and most importantly, finding joy within every passing moment. I just played for some minutes till i got the town, the graphics are cute, the characters look cute, cute animals, some interesting things in the world like the cauldron sleeping, though he snores like a pig. One thing though i pressed Esc and didn’t see a saving options so i thought it would have an exit save feature or leave or warn me to not leave or it won’t save, but with a single click on the Main Menu or Exit options the game simply does that, and it does not save your progress at all, so be careful with that if you play, hope they at least add an warning to it, but an exit-save would be nice. Okay so I was bouncing back and forth on a thumbs up and a thumbs down. On the one hand, it’s early access so I can’t hold it’s flaws against it too strongly. But then the thumbs down is meant to say whether or not others should buy and support it right now. But then on the other hand. It’s got a great concept, great look, great music, and infinite potential to be something truly special. So do I give it a thumbs up because it might one day become something beautiful? Or a thumbs down because it’s misguided, empty and unfinished? In the end I decided to give it a thumbs up. Here’s why. All the negatives and problems it has can all be explained away with it being in early access. Is it fun? not really.

Develop Abrill’s own witch brand customizing her witch’s cottage as she sees fit through style and practicality.

I was more lost and misguided than anything else which created frustration and boredom. But I give it a thumbs up because the game has some serious potential. You play as a witch who crash lands on an island. Now that you’re stuck here, build up your house, support the community and farm. That’s pretty much it. The thing that makes this game interesting is the magic mechanic. Not a whole lot of that at the beginning though, but it has some cool ideas that can be implemented later on down the road which looks and sounds interesting and overall just unique and different from normal farming sims. It’s just very empty right now, very unfinished. Don’t expect a whole lot when you first jump in. It lacks in direction too, so don’t try to do your own thing, just follow the quests for as long as you can and hope that eventually you’ll feel comfortable enough to play on your own without direction. But overall it’s a very relaxing, casual kinda game and if you’ve got some time to spare, or some money to spare and you wanna support a small gem that might one day become a diamond, then this is probably a good game to bet on. Runs smooth and looks quite nice, It is one of those games that the more you play and wonder around the more you learn what to do, you have to sleep in the bed to save the game, there is no manual save, when you sleep it moves on to next day. There is quests and you can earn money by selling items, there is cooking, gardening and building friendship up. I found the health/ stamina goes down rather quickly and needs some attention. Some things in the game is confusing as to what to do or where to find how to place an item etc, i found how to place an item by accident of just going through all the keys. It is a bit finicky picking up stone etc as you have to be right on top of an object that could do with some work. All in all fun game very relaxing, beautiful land, Game is as smooth as butter for me. With a little more work on the points i have stated especially the stamina this game could be very popular. Worth purchasingI was looking forward to the game for a while and finally I got the chance to play it. The game looked amazing and I was super excited about the concept. sadly, I just started experiencing more and more negative and/or annoying things. In the end I refunded the game only an hour into playing. some of the issues were smaller than others, but piling it all up together just made it unfun to me.

Grow herbs and (magical) plants, raise animals of unusual nature, and experiment with enchantments of plants and animals.

Let me start by saying that I feel Steam should have a third option for recommendations, something between yes and no. While this game is entertaining and has a lot of potential, I feel that it’s not quite there yet. So, while I would like to recommend it, I just can’t at the moment. What was done wrong: I am not a big fan of a daily stamina limit. I understand why it’s in the game, but I’m just not a fan of the concept, especially how strict and limiting it feels in this. All actions require 5 stamina, and you only get 100. While you can replenish this with food, it just feels uncomfortably limiting. The world feels like a shell of what is to come. There are areas of the world that are walled off with an invisible wall that state “You cannot go that way yet”, and while this is understandable if the world isn’t fully modeled yet, seeing area labeled “Not available in Early Access” made me feel like I was playing a demo rather than a living developing early access title. Knowledge of the game world is not provided to the player in a accessible way. For example, when you first start, if you’re anything like me, you explored the entire map looking for the spawn points for all the wild resources. After I had searched every corner, I was very confused why I couldn’t craft any of the initial projects. eFootball 2022 PS5

It wasn’t until the season changed, after 20 in game days, that I learned some resources are only available during certain seasons. While this is a fine concept, it would be nice if there was a database, in game, that listed all the resources on the island and when they can be found. (This is the kind of thing that a wiki will solve in the future as well) What was done right: The game play loop is enjoyable, and once you learn a few easy farming routes, it’s simple to settle into a routine of making stuff to sell and gathering resources to progress. The graphics are well done, with a special shout out to the character models and to the weather, the latter being very impressive. There is just enough hint of a progression system to keep me interested and each in game day, there was always something to do. In summery this game still needs some time to develop. Hopefully, the developers will keep with it because I would love to see what it becomes. I think this game truly has a boatload of potential, but in its current state, I do not feel comfortable endorsing it. The game needs to up its tutorials and starting guidance — it is highly reminiscent of classic WoW, in which you don’t know where anything is, and your frustration grows brighter by the minute. Is it visually appealing? Absolutely.

Graduation means meeting the expectations of the Academy’s Guardian Witch, and not by sitting through boring lectures. A witch learns on the job!

But, right now, that’s really where its charm ends… The gameplay mechanics are much to be desired. Movement and interacting with the world feels clunky. Translated dialogue is a bit awkward and often inaccurate (i.e., the door is ‘jagged’ for the door is locked). It is either difficult to make sense of what the NPCs are trying to say, or it comes off as stilted and unnatural. I do recognize that the game is in early access, but for me, at this very moment, it is borderline unplayable. Please. Add some hand-holding in the beginning. New players will thank you for it. I have refunded the game for now, but will keep an eye on the game development for noticeable improvements… Perhaps it will earn a repurchase in the future. For a newly released early access game, it’s surprisingly well-optimized and has many graphical settings, such as DLSS. The game is stable, as I played it for 2.5 hours without encountering any errors. However, the review is positive only because the project was released in Early Access just a day ago. At the moment, it’s not a fully-fledged game, but rather a concept with great potential.

Unfortunately, the game is unpleasantly surprising with its poorly thought-out interface and outdated gameplay mechanics, unearthed from the times when interacting with objects by mouse click, like in first Gothic, was considered something fresh and innovative. It’s clear that the game wants to be player-friendly, but instead, it’s confusing and irritating. Interacting with objects can be difficult. The camera is overly sensitive even on its lowest setting, and the invisible ‘crosshair’ doesn’t always target objects accurately, sometimes selecting them randomly. As a result, players often find themselves having to position their character precisely in front of objects like crates, mushrooms, and workbenches just to be able to interact with them. The controls are not intuitive, as actions are split between mouse buttons, the “E” key, and long left mouse clicks. The selection of tools is cumbersome, with an extra click required to equip items such as axes and shovels. This action is frustratingly meaningless; Abrill could have easily handled the task of retrieving and stowing the appropriate tools herself. Alternatively, one might expect the classic 1-0 hotkey system, but it’s absent in the game, replaced instead by a strange circular menu.

By the way, circular menus are a relic of gaming’s past, and they belong in the dumpster of history. They don’t allow for quick and easy access to the tools you need, which is especially frustrating in a game like The Witch of Fern Island where it’s present. It would be better if it didn’t exist at all. The inventory window is inconvenient. You can’t move items with a single mouse click, instead you have to tediously drag and drop items. This turns inventory management into a frustratingly tedious process. The game has a lot of objects that you can collect just by walking around this magical world, so it’s unclear why inventory control is so primitive. The lack of a clear list of active quests is frustrating. With so much dialogue from game characters, it can be difficult to discern between actionable guidance and quest objectives. Additionally, the quest descriptions themselves are often too brief. Hopefully, the developers will work to clarify these issues in future updates. Currently, there is an excess of text where it’s not needed and a shortage where more information is necessary. eFootball PES 2020
