Kukoos Lost Pets Switch NSP Free Download GAMESPACK.NET Kukoos: Lost Pets tells the story of some rotund simian-like creatures known as…Kukoos. They live in harmony with their adorable little pets on a lovely island. Unfortunately, this blissful life is not enough for the Kukoos, as they decide they need to try out some experiments on their pets in order to make them more obedient. That doesn’t go well, naturally, and players must use the various Kukoos available to them to recapture the errant, erratic pets they’ve unleashed on the island. Serves them right I say for taking their critters for granted. The world the Kukoos inhabit is largely made up of water, save for their island home. Lucky for them, the great Kukoo tree that sits in the middle of this island houses doorways to secret worlds quite unlike their own. Well, sort of. It’s the usual array of platform game environments. I think it’s considered rude to not include a jungle level or a snow level in a platformer anyway, so fair play to Kukoos for being polite and ensuring that happens. The game itself plays out in a similar vein to platformers such as Sackboy’s Big Adventure and Super Mario 3D World: a semi-fixed perspective that keeps the action fairly intimate in order to give the illusion of a grander scale. There’s smacking of adorable enemies and leaping from platform-to-platform. This part of Kukoos: Lost pets is as stock standard as a platformer can be, and if we’re being particularly picky. It’s not a standout at those things, but underwhelming foundations are bolstered by the fun you have with the pets and the powers they unlock for the 12 (yes twelve!) playable characters. There’s five pet types in total, which doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s enough to shake things up where it matters. I’d much rather a game focus on a handful of abilities and make the most of them instead of throwing a sack of them at you without letting them have a fair shot. No, Kukoos: Lost Pets keeps things streamlined and makes the most of its moveset. I’m not the biggest fan of the actual platforming in this game. It’s not terrible by any scale; in fact, it’s generally quite decent. However, in places there’s poor communication as to where exactly you’re moving to at times, and dark areas are poorly laid out, leading to unfair restarts. Fine for an adult to some degree (if a bit annoying) but for kids, these things add unnecessary and inexplicable difficulty spikes throughout when the rest of the game is a gentle mix of light puzzling and soft platforming in a vibrant world of talking monkeys with unruly pets. At least it manages to be a fun time otherwise. As with many games with issues, the great redeemer is in multiplayer, and Kukoos: Lost Pets offers cooperative play for up to four Kukoo-wannabes. This inarguably makes for a better family experience where you can guide younger players through the fiddlier bits by example (or indeed, get schooled by them). The game works nicely solo and with others.

Unlock extra levels by collecting enough coins in each world and replay the adventure with different pets to discover new secrets!

But there’s just something more involving about playing with others that made Kukoos feel far less like work. From Petit Fabrik and Modus Games, Kukoos: Lost Pets is an adventure all about saving pets that have been brainwashed by an experiment gone wrong. And so, as you make your way around its varied and colourful levels, you’ll need to defeat various pets to, er, quite literally knock some sense into them. Or so seems to be the case, anyway. These pets aren’t your typical cats, dogs, rabbits and hamsters, however. They’re weird and wonderful monster-like creatures that come in all sorts of colours and sizes. You’ve got your own pets, too, that help you out along the way, and each one has a unique ability. Your pet in the first world, for instance, can illuminate dark areas and help you solve various puzzles. And in the second, it can help you reach new heights or cross gaps by generating a new platform for you. The range of abilities on offer means Kukoos: Lost Pets never gets too stale. Just when you get used to one particular quirk, you’ll be thrown into a new set of levels, with a new ability to get used to. Of course, the typical 3D platforming game tropes are here: there are coins to collect, secret items to pick up, and bosses to fight. And, at the end of each level, you’ll be graded based on how much stuff you managed to collect, so there’s plenty of reason to jump back into old levels if you’re a bit of a completionist.Rick Henderson Switch NSP

Kukoos: Lost Pets is a well-designed game, with its various worlds offering a nice variety of environments. From the jungle to the city rooftops, its worlds are unique and fun to explore. Our only real criticism is that, playing the PS4 version on PS5 for review, the resolution seems unusually low, making for an experience that’s a little blurry and not as sharp as we’d have liked. It’s hardly a deal-breaker, but a game this colourful deserves to look as crisp as possible. We like that there’s a range of puzzles to solve as you make your way through Kukoos: Lost Pets, giving it a little more depth than your bog-standard platformer. None of the puzzles are too taxing, thankfully, but they do make you think – particularly about the abilities you have at hand. You can play Kukoos in co-op, and indeed, it’s advertised as a key feature of the game. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues when playing with two local players. We had some drops in sound that weren’t present in single-player and, bizarrely enough, only player two got trophies, not the primary logged-in player. Huh. It also didn’t save any progress for player one. It’s entirely possible it was some strange system glitch, but it’s not something we’ve ever encountered when playing a co-op game before. And we play a lot of co-op. Playing with others also doesn’t really add much to the experience. The camera finds it difficult to keep up with two players, which in turn makes it difficult for you to keep up with your own character.

Discover vast, colorful worlds each with their own unique biomes, hidden secrets, dangerous residents, and environmental wonders.

And it’s more than likely you’ll end up simply getting in other players’ way. Kukoos: Lost Pets is definitely better as a single-player experience, and we experienced no weird technical issues by ourselves, either. It’s not going to redefine what it means to be a 3D platformer, but Kukoos: Lost Pets is a pleasant enough addition that fans of the genre will enjoy. Bright and colourful, and with a nice mixture of collecting, platforming and puzzles, there’s plenty here to keep you invested. It’s just a shame that co-op is held back by some technical issues and its visuals aren’t quite as sharp as they ought to be. A long, long time ago (or recent, idk), in a galaxy far, far away (or next door, who knows?)… there is a world almost completely covered in one giant ocean. It’s a waterworld rich in aquatic diversity, teeming with life under the sea. But our story doesn’t take place here; instead, our story begins on the 1% of land on this world — a small, practically insignificant island. You see, on this island sits a tree. It’s not just any tree, of course, as it contains magical multitudes within its trunk, accessible by mystical doors. It is in one such door that a celebration was held, just like any other year; unlike any other year, however, things go awry, and the need for a hero arises… Thus begins Kukoos: Lost Pets, a 3D platforming adventure with enough color to make Crayloa green with envy.Daardoa Switch NSP

As previously mentioned, Kukoos: Lost Pets opens up on a very special event: Pet Day. Hosted by none other than Gramma herself, Pet Day is the day all Kukoos gather to compete in athletic activities with their furry and feathered friends. All was going well when, suddenly, the king of the sea arrived with a pet of his own, controlled by a robotic headband known as the Kukoomand. Not wanting to be outdone by their aquatic counterparts, the Kukoos scrambled to put Kukoomands on their own pets, only to find that the headbands went haywire and caused all pets to suddenly attack their owners. Sensing greatness in you, Gramma gives you a concoction made from fwendly plants, which allows you to enter into magical worlds in an effort to free the pets, gather more plants, defeat the villanous sea king’s creatures, and save the day. Are you up for the challenge? Controls are extremely simple in Kukoos: Lost Pets — if you’ve played one 3D platformer before, you’re going to be able to handle this one just fine. The aesthetics were immediately reminiscent of Fall Guys due to the extreme amounts of eye-popping color and for their suspiciously bean-shaped people. The music, on the other hand, sent me right back to the days of playing LittleBigPlanet, which I would attribute to the heavily themed tracks with unique vocals. And speaking of trips back to yesteryear.

I’d say the quantity of collectibles plopped me back to the days of Banjo-Kazooie and DK64, although Kukoos: Lost Pets doesn’t truly hold a candle to the sheer amount of them (more like the ratio of square footage to collectible aspect). A good mix of games to be amongst, I’d say! When it comes to gameplay, Kukoos: Lost Pets doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it does refine it to make this type of game accessible to nearly any age group. Spanning several distinct worlds, players will need to navigate the twisty-turny paths leading from start to finish with one of a handful of helpful pets along the way. The first world, a South American jungle-themed series of spots, sees players assisted by a small flying creature capable of illuminating the way, activating ancient tech and stunning mind-controlled pets with their flashbulbs. The second world, a Big City type place, has players helped by a literal platform pal, offering not only a step up but a place to swing from. With the help of these fascinating friends, the courageous kukoos will certainly be able to clear every last level, beat all the bosses, and save the day (and all the pets along the way)! I enjoyed my time spent with Kukoos: Lost Pets, as it was challenging enough to entice me to try to collect every last item and clear every level with flying colors, but I did run into a few notable hiccups worth mentioning. Specifically, the combat is a little iffy at times for frustrating reasons.

On the first boss battle, I could tell what I was supposed to do from the get go, but the timing felt bad — like a bit too slow. The action I was supposed to take was constantly prompted by my pet as well, which took the fun out of the puzzle-solving aspect. I wouldn’t mind a hint if I was struggling. if I opted to see one, but to offer it right from the beginning up until the very end (to the point where the message didn’t clear in the cutscene) was annoying. And speaking of boss battles, after hitting one of the smaller enemies, my character would be locked in a T-pose unless I mashed the controller, which led to quite a few unintentional deaths. I know the dev team is on top of a few bugs already, so I’m hoping this gets patched quickly as well. Despite a few easily fixable issues that I foresee being patched in the near future, Kukoos: Lost Pets is an adorable little 3D platformer that will easily entertain young and old alike. I could see this being a family favorite, with parents and kids each grabbing a controller to cooperatively save every last pet, pluck every last fwendly plant, and beat every last boss together. Kukoos: Lost Pets may look simple, but its puzzle elements provide some perplexing moments that’ll satisfy veterans for a weekend and newcomers for much, much longer. If you’re looking for something that’s cute on the surface but a little more complex in its core, the island of Kukoos: Lost Pets beckons. Sex with Hitler 2
