DEEEER Simulator Your Average Everyday Deer Game Free Download GAMESPACK.NET In the first few minutes of DEEER Simulator, I crafted a human character in the character creator – one of the silliest and dumbest-looking polygonal schmucks I’ve ever put together. Then he was hit by a car and I restarted my life as a deer in the big city. DEEER Simulator is easily one of the most ridiculous things I have ever played. It has a shameless level of jank to it and while that sometimes makes it unwieldy to control, it doesn’t even feel out of place. It’s a game where you Spider-Man swing about with your stretchy deer neck and replace your antlers with an increasing amount of firearms. Take that as you will. DEEER Simulator might not be as natural as the full subtitle, “Your Average Everyday Deer Game”. You won’t be wandering the forest, foraging for fruits and nuts, licking salt licks, and trying not to go the way of Bambi’s mom. Instead, you wake in an island city and are incentivized to immediately begin wreaking havoc upon it. As you wander around, you can interact with humans and make them your supporters, commit crimes that draw the attention of police animals and other factors, and commandeer (pun intended) vehicles to drive about.TOP/BEST ADULT VIDEO GAMES IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)

Why? I don’t know. You are never presented with a noticeable goal in DEEER Simulator. However, the more you explore, the more interesting things you trip upon. You might come across a button with a cow drawn on it. Sure does seem like something one of those cows playing basketball on the other side of the island might come in handy for. With enough exploring and deer’ing about, I was able to open up a portal and that took me to a future version of the city I had been exploring, complete with its own encounters, curiosities, and rocket launcher antlers, why not.DEEER Simulator is completely whacked out on a level that reminds me of Goat Simulator, but also Katamari Damacy. Its shameless silliness and colorful worlds work well most of the time, even if there is little direction. The experience wasn’t horribly long though. Once I knew what to do to move to the next section, each area presented probably near 30 minutes to an hour worth of content. Also, there are these minigames like Cowthello (Othello, but with moving cows) scattered about. They’re cute little timewasters, but they also reset your progress in an area if you play them, which feels like a slightly unnecessary inconvenience.

The Final Evolution of DEEEER.

When it comes to controlling your common, everyday, gun-toting buck in DEEER Simulator, the silliness doesn’t let up. Your regular tools include running about, attacking with your front hooves, swinging by your stretchable head, and sprinting. The sprinting deserves special recognition because, oh my goodness. You do a dodgeroll into an upright stance and trot on your back legs with your upper legs in a power stance that would make Castlevania’s Trevor Belmont weep in joy. When interacting with people, you can deerify them and make them follow you in your destructive endeavors. You can also grab ahold of pretty much most things (cars, people, cows, giant koalas, etc.) and carry them around in your sprint. I tried to slam dunk a cow on the basketball court several times and I feel that was the right thing to do. I will say that DEEER Simulator is so jank that sometimes it makes the gameplay feel sluggish or sloppy. The grapple and swing system is very hard to control and sometimes when carrying an object, it’d get caught on something while I kept moving forward, creating all sorts of wildy stretchy textures.People Playground

There’s also things like mechs made out of forest creatures that are operable and fun, but I also managed to get the thing stuck in a wall which made it unuseable pretty quickly. Don’t get me wrong. I think jank is part of DEEER Simulator’s ridiculous charm. I just also think it goes a little too overboard for even its own good sometimes. Simulator titles have a hardcore following of players thanks to their ultra-realistic approach to many scenarios. However, occasionally, the odd absurd title breaks the mould while receiving cult status. Most famously, the silliness of Goat Simulator has won hearts the world over. So, it comes as no surprise that other developers would try to get their piece of the pie. DEEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game is the latest title to muscle in on this cramped genre. Will it be a flop, or will it be enDEEERing? Developed by Gibier Games and published by Playism, this is a floppy, physics-inspired simulation title. Thanks to its unusual concept, the developers were free to be as immature as possible, and they were. Therefore, players can expect some nonsensical action that’ll make you chuckle throughout.

Tools of the common deer.

I’m no simulator genre aficionado, but I admit I love to play them. The ability to take on different jobs and lose hours of my life appeals to me. Sometimes, however, I just want a bit of mindless fun, and this is why I enjoyed Totally Reliable Delivery Service and Just Die Already. Sadly, though, I wasn’t so keen on Goat Simulator, so I was a little apprehensive when taking on DEEEER Simulator. You start the game as a human who bravely saves a deer from almost certain death. Unfortunately, though, this heroic act has dire consequences and your stint as a human is over in the blink of an eye. Luckily, reincarnation is a ‘thing’ as you become a mighty stag. Having been killed in the accident, you are understandably a little peeved. You take your anger out on any human you encounter and this is the core concept behind the game. DEEEER Simulator effectively demands that you smash anything in sight. You’ll hit cars with your hoofs, butt buildings with your antlers, and run at humans. Destruction and mayhem are key, and as cars blow up and buildings tumble you will find guns, grenades, and samurai swords. You arm yourself with as many weapons as you can, and continue your destructive spree.ARK: Survival Evolved

The more damage you cause, the more your Deersaster level increases. It is ranked from E to A and each time the gauge is filled, you will face an army of powerful police animals. You’ll battle sheep, polar bears, rabbits, and finally a giant dog. Sadly, though, the waves of enemies don’t pose much of a threat, and within moments the danger is thwarted. The lack of difficulty never bothered me as I thoroughly enjoyed the madness that ensued. Moreover, I liked how this bizarre title hides a story under all its madness. Hidden around the city are portals and puzzles that must be solved to progress the plot. In true DEEEER Simulator style, unlocking and solving them isn’t straightforward. Whether you must ride a flying cow across the ocean, defeat a giant dog and drag it to a temple, or better a ‘Cursed Deer’ , there is plenty to do. Alongside this, you must overcome a giant fish, dodge the lasers of a building hugging koala, and deerify humans. The latter option was the epitome of stupidity, but I loved it. You can convince your army of humans to destroy the surrounding world, or simply follow you in a groovy dance. It was unnecessary, bizarre, but will make you chuckle repeatedly.

BACKGROUND.

I’m never bothered by graphics, yet I do expect a game to be well optimised. Fortunately, DEEEER Simulator runs smoothly even though its unbearably hectic throughout. With cars moving, police officers chasing you, and buildings falling, there is plenty that can go wrong. Luckily, the developers prioritised performance over beauty. This doesn’t mean that the game looks awful. No, it’s simply very dated and looks similar to Goat Simulator. It utilises vivid colours, basic structures and rudimentary character models. Subsequently, it won’t win an award for style but it is perfectly serviceable. So, I wasn’t amazed by the visuals, but I never expected to be. Luckily, the audio fares much better! The ear-piercing sound effects are loud, crass, and match the actions wonderfully. These brain-rattling noises are complemented beautifully by the high-energy soundtrack. Furthermore, it’s a wonderful experience to shoot and trample your enemies as hard-hitting tunes play out. The developers balanced the audio and the action perfectly to enhance the hectic madness. DEEEER Simulator is essentially a GOAT Simulator spin-off, and to be honest it’s not even as good or content filled.

That’s not to say DEEEER Simulator doesn’t have its moments of dumb fun similar to GOAT Simulator, but I wasn’t exactly dying to keep playing these almost interchangeable games. Anyway, the premise is you play as a deer creating destruction and completing silly challenges until you raise your “wanted” meter that goes from rank D to A. Each rank will have you encounter a new enemy police force, and once you reach rank A you can fight a boss. There are two maps to destroy; the second is unlocked after defeating wanted rank A and solving a “puzzle”. There is an ending to the game, with an end boss fight and even a weird ending cutscene, but there isn’t really a cohesive story here. Not having a story is completely acceptable though. Not every game needs a narrative and can be just a crazy fun game to play. The developers knew what they were making wasn’t meant to be taken seriously, and that’s just fine. For example, the first thing you do is create a human character, with a fairly hearty customization system, just so you can watch a cutscene of you jumping in font of a bus to save a deer.

The scene fades black and then you’re just playing as a deer. Is it the deer you saved? Is your soul in the deer? Who the hell knows? All I know is the next thing I got to do was pick up some pistols that replaced my horns and started shooting at everything. DEEEER Simulator is just a big playground with a bunch of silly stuff to do. Destroy the entire town, give humans antlers and make them dance and Naruto run, ride horses, drive cars, and pilot mechs. Destroying cars and buildings is how you will find most of your weapons, and there is a good amount to discover. Collecting weapons will have them attach to different parts of your body, essentially turning the deer into a war machine. In the second level you’ll basically be able to turn into a Gundam with lock on missiles and jet packs. The key here is to explore and interact with everything around you. Although, granted, the levels are small and there isn’t a massive amount to do anyway. The controls are wonky and basic, but they work well enough I suppose. Unfortunately, it’s when you have to come in contact with the other characters and stuff in the levels that things become frustrating. Resident Evil 2
