Toy Shire Free Download GAMESPACK.NET Toy Shire Notes 1st thoughts: Very clean UI. Great sfx. Well laid out options. Clear to read. In game, the ‘General’ giving the tutorial instructions. The ‘bounce’ effect on the text makes it a bit hard to read. Could this effect be reduced slightly? Shorter bounce duration, or length of the section being bounced. Toned down just a little would be good. 1st level ended. Surprised there were not more waves on the 1st level. It brought me back to the level select with 3 options and a pathway. 1) Desk, 2) Bed, or the Door. No indication which one I had just played, nor which one I should play next. I chose 1) and it’s making me replay the tutorial. Could use some indication here as to where to go next. Could also play way more on the initial desk level! I was excited for more waves and some challenge. Exited the tutorial level and now trying level 2 (bed). Why is there a time limit on the initial preperation phase? I didn’t get to learn what the 3rd building did before it started. 2nd level is much harder! Lots of new units both on my side and theirs. This is a complicated level for immediately after the tutorial level. Is there a good reason for this? Yeah. Game design and progression absolutely could use some love. 3rd try I made it to Wave 8/9 and died to all the flying guys. Didn’t get enough time to explore the units in level 1. Level 2 brings the heat, but its too much. How do you tell what the Units and Buildings do? I can see the tooltip if I select a Building(Tower) and then mouse over a location. However there doesn’t appear to be any way to see what the Unit’s (toy soldiers) do at all?
