Played the demo last night with some buddies. Was good fun. We did run into some bugs (I had frame rate issues, the music cut out for all of us after playing for a hour, and the last match we played had issues with objectives glitching out and auto succeeding/failing but they would still show up on the map with no instructions or hp bars) Honestly, the game’s weapons just feel… lame. None of the weapons ever feel like they get particularly powerful. There are no cool combos (as far as I can tell about ~10 runs in). Yes, you can imbue spells with elements but… yeah, I think you guys missed the desire to scale powerfully from other roguelikes if you ask me. but why the hell did you put friendly fire in a vs-like with coop, all the fun to play in coop and do bullet hell combo to destroy as much monster you can in coop ( which is the point of a vs-like game, and more in coop), is remove instantly as u can’t stay close to your coop mate … i like vs-like type of game especially if i can play with some friend in it even more , but as soon a i saw the friendly fire on a youtube video of the game, all the existmant i had toward the game completly vanish immediatly. Utopia Must Fall
