The property has a full service gas station and convenient store. Just be aware that in the early game your money goes fast. Probably the most expensive purchase is the refilling the main fuel tank. It can get boring at times, but other times it can be a mad dash to do everything. You can hire staff to assist, but keep an eye on your money. You have to pay them and it adds up. You can assigned the staff to do cleaning, run the register for the convenient store, pump the gas, do housekeeping of the rooms. If I counted correctly you can a two story motel with 14 rooms. August 27, 2024 – I put a whole bunch of hours into the demo. I was surprised by the addition of the thief mechanic. Thankfully it can be toggled off! There are so many more options for decorations, upgrades, staff, and more in the full version. I also like that they changed the cash register to a simpler scanner. (It was originally an odd basket movement.) The painting and flooring are nice and easy. My biggest piece of advice is don’t jump ahead of the tutorial. Currently there are not loans in the game and you can run yourself out of money without a way to make more. I’m trying really hard to like this game. I’m a big fan of simulators however this game feels like an early access release. Nothing insanely bad about it but it feels very unpolished….a few bugs experienced so far but nothing game breaking. UI is a bit inconsistent, economy seems very poorly balanced atm and everything just seems like a lot was put into the game but nothing was perfected. With a few tweaks and polish this game could be extremely good…if the dev keeps working on it, it could become something special.
