In the latest version (0.0.19), I found each choice to diagnose/use equipment would be graded, and my scores invariably plummeted. In a game where the main draw to players is the relationship/erotic action, it’s unrealistic for Bruni Media to expect people to devote any real time to reading up on medical texts built into the game. Information about patients is often vague and incomplete as patients themselves are not sure about their problems, often times only truly revealed after the action/equipment use. Most people who play the game stumble their way through such exams, and this makes little sense given that the: 1) MC is supposedly a talented doctor; 2) he has staff to assist him with the clinic. Use of hints into say, the MC’s internal dialogue, or comments by the staff would really simplify things. And please make the post patient visit-assessment less harsh. The second major issue with this game is just how poorly the game weaves everyday relationships into the game. What attracted to me about the game were the potential relationships with the sister and the nurse. But it was impossible to proactively interact with them outside of what the game determined for you, and this was especially the case for the nurse. As for the sister, I just found myself constantly relaxing at home just to progress in the storyline with her. But even then, I found that so many choices were just beyond my control. The whole game is overwhelmingly passive: you visit various sites in the city on this overly limited morning/afternoon split, and often times it’s just you gain a bit in some attribute, but there’s no real interaction with NPCs and it’s an incredibly lonely game. The medical side of the game, was fun to experience, but oh so really very overly boring after just a few tries, especially after you learn it doesnt lead to sexy times of any kind. Its after the tenth time you do it, just a pure annoyance, and you end up backscrolling every single choice and just doing random stuff, because you cant be arsed anymore. Then you cheat money, because you cant be arsed to even do that anymore after the 20 time, and just click let the other doctors handle it. So this entire mechanic becomes either a stumbling block that makes you quit, or you start cheating. No sane person would play that out considering this is a porn game. Now on to the porn side. Yeah… there is some, but considering the effort put into the medical side.. its absolutely lackluster. There isnt a lot. The scenes are extremely short with barely any storyline. The progression is nonexistant. Its all the way through vanilla. And making choices locks you out of other experiences. In this game, thats a VERY bad thing when there is so little of it. On top of that not all events register even if you did the right things and choices. (fx the conference trip. Was “blackmailed” to take pics of relative, option to do so never ever came. Never even heard from the guy again or had any consequences from not doing it.

Again I COULDNT do it. Did the walkthrough choices to get more scenes, none at all came. The extra scenes according to walkthrough just never appeared, kiss/hug dialog came… then next thing its the next morning) A third issue (this and two smaller notes, bear with me): The fame mechanic. Please fix this. There is no surefire way to increase fame unless the MC nails every patient visit, since the NPCs will overall in the long run decrease the clinic’s fame. Why then, is the MC paying these people? In earlier versions, I found myself constantly going into the console just to adjust my fame since it dropping even though all of my patients had been increasing my fame. This is ridiculous. There’s a ton of other things that are problematic with this game. But just two notes: the graphics are really rough and really should be better. This may not be the the developer’s field of expertise, but they’re really quite rough. And if this game is going to be this difficult, grindy to play, it needs a better walkthrough/in-game hint system to let us know what else hasn’t been done. This is a game with an exciting premise, but incredibly frustrating UX issues that could’ve been solved with some foresight and some empathy for those of us who don’t have much medical background and don’t intend on spending hours reading up on it, even if it’s provided in the game. It’s the relationships that are the most compelling, and the game has to make it easy to advance that. The medical diagnostic goal is a good one, but it should be able to do both that and building a great relationship VN. Isonzo

Also the game is marked as a VN which it most certainly is not. I played this game for 3 or so hrs and didnt get to a single sex scene. If I wanted to waste my trying to get laid and failing I would just go out to the club. Feels bad man But yeah maybe its good if you want to be a doctor or something lmao I get what they were going for but when I play a VN i expect to bust a nut in the next few hrs, I mean nobody can stay hard for 4+ hrs jeeeesh its more like hard=>semi=>hard but this is just ridiculous, I dont have enough blood in my body to play this game I need a damn transfusion before I get to the good parts. Why because I find it’s always subjective and based on what the devs views are, which to me is them projecting their opinions, and not always how people respond in reallife. Which can lead to some pretty frustrating interactions with npc’s. Because at that point as MC, your responses are based on what you think the devs want. Not you as MC, this is just not fun or interesting to the player as the MC. You know like watching/reading something that’s predetermined, were u have little to no control of the outcome. So this is just my short review of what I’ve played so far. And to hopefully give the devs some input for future content. As I know game development is not easy.

The Fame Mechanic in particular was frustrating as it was very difficult to increase but would tank because of RNG action of NPC characters

When i saw the Sandbox i got the usual hype spike, thats the first thing i gotta say. The thing with the clinic created great expectations also but that all that hype is fading and is almost gone right now. After having examined 30 patients, i feel like, except in some cases, there is nothing more than diagnosing at the clinic, and all that tutorial about points and requirements is pointless since you can roll back, change your approach and get the girl totally naked, which by the way, is just pointless again and most of the times it has no effect on the patients dialogue, attitude or story at all. Also there are more angles (renders) when you inspect feet, than renders when you inspect vaginas, so again, getting someone naked is pointless. Why would i get someone naked to make lose reputation or money to get nothing out of it? No problem, you can mess with their vaginas to cure an ear infection and get a perfect score! Thats an entire game mechanic that is just useless. In addition, some times even though you got someone naked, renders for the inspections show clothes. There are quite a number of girls but only some have story, which doesnt seem to be much of a story, more like events, by the way. And there are some things which its outcome its hard to understand, maybe its because i missed some points, or maybe the game didnt get enough feedback. For instance the scene with the sister and the room temperature resulted in an absolute waste and the guy falls asleep. Anyway sex scenes are just poor, there are some animations but nothing remarkable I have to keep playing and experience more. Despite being dissapointing, the game concept is really awesome, it has a Triple A vibe in it that is refreshing, to bad execution is a bit lacking. I kept playing and trying to continue the “relative” path, but its not activating and its being a pain in the ass. Evertything seems to be disconnected or unrelated. If not for the medical knowledge i would give a 2star. As a managing game, its really interesting, lacking the “adult/perv/fetish” approach. As an adult “game” its seriously below average in many aspects.This is a game that I desperately wanted to like more, I felt like playing it as just a regular game was far preferable to playing it as an adult game. There are a lot of interesting things you do and learn and the conversations aren’t out of place, so as a game in general I would probably give it 5 stars, it’s fun to play. But, as an adult game I would have to give this one a 3, I felt like the sex scenes were lacking, the models look good but it lacks different view points that might show stuff like penetration, and the sex scenes in general are just uninspiring. It saddens me to say this because I can tell that a lot of work has gone into this game, and I think with just some extra effort put into the sexual aspect of this game that it could easily bring that up to a 5. Its not the models, its the sex scenes, my suggestion would be to spend more time making those scenes look better and the game will be much better for it, but as it is now it feels more like a soft core porn where sex isn’t really happening but everyone is pretending like it is.I love the broad idea of having a game where you can pretend to be a doctor in order to see nude girls and take advantage of them, and I can tell the developer has mad game developing skills, but this game simply is too complicated for its own good.

Perhaps he should play some of the top games on this site to get a feel for the right blend of sex to go with the story, because he definitely has all of the skills and tools for creating a great game if he can just get rid of the boring grind elements and concentrate on the aspects that please the customer (players of the game) which is more sex and less medical terms and less grinding.

I spent a lot of time with this game, great in concept and very ambitious. The gameplay and story are full of promise but the execution is lacking. Pluses: You do get a sense of what it’s like being a GP. If that was the goal, then the developer accomplished what they set out to do. There’s a lot of detail about doctors and their lives in here. Some of it is subtle and usually it’s very well executed.

There’s options for the MC to be straight, bi, or gay which is rare for a male MC in adult games. Minuses: It’s a grind. There’s no clear triggering for events. You end up grinding until there’s an event or time runs out. This could have been sped up dramatically and made the game both fun and interesting rather than the slog it is. Because it’s such a grind and the choices on who you want to end up with happen with a lot of game time left, replaying the game is not much fun (even with the meditate on your life option). Graphics are meh, but I figured out early on this really isn’t an erotic game….it’s a RPG with some sex. I can live with those types of games if the gameplay and story pay off. It did not in this case. The story opened up some interesting possibilities but then fell flat on the delivery. There’s a huge conspiracy in the game but the payoff is pretty weak IMHO. Overall, I thought this was a unique concept and had a lot of potential, but the grinding really made it a chore to get through. Go to work, see patients, hire staff, train staff, go to the hospital, bang patients, bang someone, conspiracies abound. I will try another Bruni game because they showed some real potential.
