First of all, this Review is coming a billion years late. Pretty sure I bought this game back in the year 2014. A full decade ago at this point. oh god. This game came at time before we had a bunch of horror hide ‘n seek or monster vs team games. This one has fun survival horror with supernatural elements. YOU GET TO HAUNT YOUR FRIENDS! I need more games that let me not just try to kill my friends, we have a lot of games to help us do that. No, I want to scare the ♥♥♥♥ out of my friends and this game let me do that! I am not exaggerating when I say I would pester my friends to play this the point of harassment to play this. Because yes, the game had it’s bugginess & jank (I say this with affection bc I often enjoy that stuff more than others may be able to) and it wasn’t a very easy game to just pick up and be good at as one of the baddies. And let’s be honest, trying to get people to make accounts or logins for anything other than their normal Steam login was a big ask back then. I Loved it though! For a time when most of my friends and I were still deeply and and yeah maybe unhealthily obsessed with TF2 & L4D2 (that’s mostly where our free gaming time went) to get us to pull away from those games to play something completely different was a pretty big feat. So I am fondly writing this review as I anticipate DAMNED 2. I cherish my memories from my time with this game. Desert Stalker
