I’m playing through it co-op with my partner and we’ve gone full in on the rider/mount mechanics. I sit atop and fire off homing arrows at distant targets with a scatterbow, dropping gravity well traps down for that sweet crowd control. Meanwhile she tears apart anything at close range in her beast form while running evasively around the field, keeping us safe with various support buffs. This wasn’t even our first approach, but it was exciting just messing around and coming up with a combo that works well and leans into the gameplay aspects we enjoy. The devs have really captured something beautiful and made a concept work that I haven’t seen attempted in other games. There are a few kinks to work out and I do hope they really keep working hard on this. But the love is there, you can see it in the world they put together, the mechanics/obstacles that have been thought out and the characters you play. The groundwork is there for a type of co-op experience that would have my partner and I buying every game/DLC they release.

To the devs: Please keep this dream alive. There are a lot of people out there enjoying what you’ve worked so hard on and we appreciate you. I didn’t hear a peep about this game until it popped up on my steams suggested games, but the reviews and your community convinced us that this was worth a try. And I have no regrets. Most AAA studios severely lack what you brought to the table for this one. I hope the positive reviews encourage you all to keep putting love into your work. Please fill this game with more story/mission content so that I can play this for hundreds of hours
