World Racing 2 – Champion Edition  Download GAMESPACK.NET

As a nostalgic person, an achievement hunter and a racing enthusiast I’m gonna finish the game. But I can’t see the value of this re-release. I’m halfway through the campaign and have yet to encounter anything that deserves the additional title of ‘champion edition’. It’s the same game from 2006 released for steam with achievements for all I can tell. The rubber banding of the AI isn’t the worst out there, but I find it to be annoying in every racing game nonetheless. FATE: Reawakened 

the Career Ranking system has never made much sense to me and it feels pretty cheap. There’s also some ‘tips’ in loading screens that seem misleading The worst thing: the keyboard controls. No matter how quick you tap, steering with keyboard automatically loses you speed. Handling the cars becomes increasingly difficult with KB, some cars feel almost as if they’re refusing to be properly controlled at all. Meanwhile the AI is cruising with the perfect lines through corners catching up to you. The Career event “seagull classics I” makes this painfully obvious. Unless the AI crashes by itself there’s basically no way to win that race unless you cut corners and/or play unfair. Edit & Fun Fact: The Mission “No Escape” is broken so that if you actually lap your opponents the game will just take the time difference of the lapped 2nd who drove 2 instead of 3 laps and take that as your lead for the next race. TL;DR: Could be a worthwhile buy at a sale for nostalgic people, but I don’t see any value in here for newcomers.
