Iwakura Aria occurs in 1966, during Japan’s economic growth post-war. One of the main characters is the daughter of the owner of a foreign trade company, and she rarely leaves her residence, a mansion. Players will see this setting through the eyes of Kitagawa Ichiko, a maid in the mansion who was raised in an orphanage. Ichiko has a hobby of drawing in her sketchbook, and this act will be significant throughout the narrative as she explores the abode, gradually discovering the veiled secrets the family hides. Nine endings are planned, each depicting different possible futures for Ichiko in the future of 1999, 33 years after the main story. Further, Another Ending will be unlocked if one reaches the True Ending. Iwakura Aria features music by Takeshi Abo and graphics by Fumi Nakada.
