One thing that I was not super happy about with The Last Orgasm is that there is a bit of a bait and switch. The images you see on the Steam page for this are not in the game, it is like they are promotional images, granted even AAA games do this, but I really liked the look of the main girl in the still images I saw. To be fair, the presentation is not bad, there is a decent amount of XXX scenes that are dished out at a fast rate and those giant penises are freaking hilarious!
