Your journey to become the best reporter will take you from Stilesville to Barcelona, to Seoul and the Stylin’ Soiree. The thing that I LOVE the most on Bratz games are their songs. But unlike the past games, we can’t switch between songs as we walk through the places in this version. The songs in this game are short and very repetitive, I had to play the game on mute because it was starting to annoy me at some point. I am pretty disappointed for not enjoying Bratz music like I always used to do in their games. What the hell is happening? Did the pandemic hit the world of Bratz?? Because many shops have “closed” on their doors and we can’t even unlock them after finishing the game! This makes the game so empty, this is the feeling I get while walking there… In previous games, of course, we had stores that we couldn’t enter, but in some of them we could interact with them and play some mini-games to earn money or treats for our pets. In the past games, we used to have MANY stores to visit! And in this version we only have 1 makeup store, 1 type of fashion store and 1 cellphone store.

JOIN THE BRATZ PACK!

The Shopping Mall is used to have many types of stores in the past games. Truly disappointing for girls who LOVE shopping like Bratz. Also, it’s very funny to see a fashion store brand repeated in other countries inside the game (“Strut’ it”) as if it were the only store in the world…  We are missing accessories and their stores in this game like earrings, necklaces, bracelets. We are missing separated stores for each type of clothes. Eg: shops only containing hats, or only selling shoes, or only necklaces… We could have many, many options to explore and buy. We also don’t have a Pet Shop to adopt a Dog/Cat like some of the past Bratz games. There are cats and dogs on this game, but they are only NPCs. You can’t interact with them outside the quests. In the Seoul map, there is a quest that is related to pets, and at this point I HAD HOPE that I could adopt a pet but it was not possible. Saying like they never met Eitan before while he was always present in the Bratz stories. Still talking about Eitan, why he starts to travel with the Bratz if they don’t know each other like stated in the beginning?? Weird! I’d like at least a plausible reason for this to happen and nothing was given. Eitan is a character that is supposed to work at the Slush Bar.  Still talking about Eitan, it is kind of interesting this game gave a bit of attention to him, but still, I would like a plausible reason for this to happen in the story (or I missed it, but I don’t think so  Where is he? Poor boy… You guys put Eitan in his place. Eitan is not Dylan’s best friend. Cameron is. Cameron is a character that is supposed to travel with the Bratz plus Dylan because it was always like that. But I don’t mind if they are planning to focus on another characters that barely got attention before like Eitan, I just want to see a good reason for that happening and not cutting off 100% a character like happened here. Some maps take a bit too long to load, mainly the Shopping mall ones which are bigger than other places.

HAVE A FASHION ADVENTURE.

Ok, this kind of can be my PC’s fault as I don’t have a good one, but what bothers me is what I mentioned on topic 2: there are MANY closed shops that we can never interact with them, cutting them off would help loading faster.  I hate that the game forces you to wait long animations to start an action. Eg: When we enter a map and we have to wait the name of the map leaves the screen so we can walk, I hate that time of waiting! I also hate the long time to open a chest on floor, and I also hated to not being able to skip EVERY TIME I had to sit on the computer and wait my Bratz earn followers. Really….. Really. What I love about Bratz is the diversity of skin colors. I love Yasmin and her tan skin, I love Jade with her Asian characteristics, I love Sasha and her black skin. Unfortunately, some makeups (mainly the upper eye makeups options) have some failed pixels that we clearly can see they were made using white skin as base and were not tested for other types of skin, making them look weird on characters like Sasha.  Talking about Sasha, I’d like to have Afro hair or curly hair as hairstyle options. This was the Bratz game that I got most disappointed about clothes. They are few options to buy, I finished the game with 12k of money and I had bought everything I could. We could buy much more with this left money.  The game does not allow you to change the Bratz character during the gameplay.  The Bratz you picked will act almost like a Yandere holding a knife behind you and will not allow you to play with another Bratz character… The Bratz you chose will want to stay forever with you for the next hours…. Or till you finish a chapter. What a bad choice. You want to read another bad news? When you finish the chapter, it’ll reset the clothes and makeup you set for your Bratz, making you having to dress her all again.  Congratulations! You finished the game! But… : You can no longer change your bratz lol After I finished the game, I was no longer able to change my Bratz character. Really. What was the point here? How can I enjoy all the 4 main characters? We want to switch freely our characters when we want. In the comments section I’ll be rating things I liked while playing the game. Keep reading! This game is overpriced and not as great as the old games.

TRAVEL THE WORLD.

I feel like there is a lot to be desired in this game and it doesn’t have a lot of replay value. The game doesn’t have a true cohesive storytelling like their old ones. I love Bratz and that was a big reason for me to buy the game. But I really wish I didn’t because it’s disappointing how much little thought went into the actual game. I would have loved to see the Tweevils, more selections at the malls and not just closed stores. It doesn’t have the charm that the old games have and that’s not just nostalgia speaking. I still have the old Bratz games and love replaying them because they had personality. If this game was $20 then it’d be worth it but $40 is too much for the very little gameplay and replay value it has. this game was fun and entertaining from the perspective of someone playing it to entertain others, but i wouldn’t buy it for personal gaming unless it was cheaper. i enjoyed the game as i progressed (getting to the other cities improved the game a lot) but there still wasn’t a ton of content, the minigames were also not thrilling. also only 3 cities felt extremely short, would’ve loved to see more!

Although I have loved Bratz growing up, and the fact that this game did heal my inner child, it lacks massively. The biggest con is that the game is so short for the price and while there are options to customise the Bratz there still could’ve been more done. Especially with the story line. This game had huge potential! HOWEVER, I still really did enjoy playing this game so if you grew up with Bratz and are happy just to re-live your childhood for a couple hours then I do recommend this game. Yes the game cube games were not perfect, however i would rather be playing that than this. I wasted my money on this game. I don’t understand why this is so uncreative when the game cube game had so much to them. They litterally could of made a better version of the game cube game. This sucks ass dont buy This game is such a disappointment. I grew up playing Rock Angelz and Forever Diamonds and even the games on the Wii. I found out about this game last week, and I had hoped to kinda relive my childhood a little bit. That was a mistake.

Flaunt Your Fashion is garbage. This company took everything that made the Bratz games fun out. No more shopping besides a very limited Strut It, no customization, all the NPCs look the same, no more designing clothes or doing magazine articles, and no pets. It feels like a crappy mobile game. I don’t know who thought this game was a good idea, but screw you for getting this 25 year old Bratz fan’s hopes up. I wish I still had my PS2 I have to say that I was initially excited to play this new Bratz game. Bratz has been a part of my childhood for years and when finding out that this new game got released, I was beyond eager to play it. But, now, after having finished it within 6 hours, I have to say that I am disappointed. The amount of creativity in customization and making the game play engaging and fun was very average. I really was shocked when seeing the credits roll in. To know that I had made it to the end – a very abrupt end in my opinion – of the game has left me unsatisfied.
